For anyone that would like to make their own spacer to fix the drivers side lean in their First Gen here some plans (courtesy of the machinist I work with). It fit like a glove.

    Neat. Thank you.

Any ideas how to go about fixing the rear driverside lean?

I found the 1/4 in the front helped balance the truck all around. I still have a slight lean that you can't really notice, only by measuring.

How much did this cost you to get made, vs. just buying one?

Well it was free, they're very cheap from toytec but the shipping to canada made it jump from 20 to about 60 dollars.
