That seems like an awefully heavy lean. I'd guess something isn't right there. Have you thoroughly checked underneath? Anything loose or bent perhaps?

I'm not joking, look it up. Some do it worse than others.

that looks pretty extreme. something doesn't seem right.

Was it just the shocks changed, or the leaf springs? Maybe side specific and on the wrong side?

yes, Tacos are prone to the 'taco lean'. Yours seems excessive though.

edit: in the photo you are not quite in the middle of the stall. Is the stall sloped?

I suggest you measure each side on level ground with nothing in the bed and report back.

My rear differs about 0.5” right to left in the rear.

had this issue with mine, noticed it after installing my new suspension. Went to the place that did my suspension install and had them raise my drivers side a little more since my suspension was adjustable a bit. Seemed to fixe the lean for me.

I suggest the center of the wheel to the edge of the fender flare because it is a common measurement that you can compare to others.

I was told they tried to compensate in the front but the issue in the back. Did the raise the front and it fixed the back?

measure from bottom of fender flare to wheel hub.
