If you replaced leafs, what leafs were installed? Some leafs are side specific on these trucks because of that taco lean. Maybe the install shop put them on the wrong side? Some aftermarket leafs don't compensate for the lean, so you may need to get a block on the drivers side to even it out.

Yes. pics of the leaf springs please. Counting the leaf springs (if not easily seen in photos) would help too. How many on driver, and how many on passenger. Also, a picture of the leaf springs they gave you as extra.

After taking a second look at your picture, I agree your lean does seem a bit excessive. Given your recent suspension work, I would take it back to the shop and discuss your concerns with them.

Did you ever do the fender to hub measurements in the front? With a lot of suspension setups, including the 6112, it’s common to set the driver side to be a little higher to compensate for the normal lean. I wonder if they put the higher side on the passenger instead of the driver in the front?

also pictures of the leaf packs on each side would be great, including where they are mounted at the axle to see if there is a spacer under one of them.

If they made some sort of error (I'm not saying they did), I would hope they would stand by their work.

I don’t have much to add but the lean looks way to excessive to me, I would not be happy with it, seems like lots of great suggestions I hope you get it figured out

It looks like one of the leafs on the right is broken in half. That or you have 6 leafs on one side and 7 on the other.

Ah ya, I think you are right that the 2nd 2 photos are the same side. In any case, I count 6 leaves on one side of the axle and 7 on the other. And there also is what appears to be a broken and disconnected leaf.

A broken leaf on the driver side would likely cause some excessive taco lean to the driver's side.

I count 7 in front and behind the axle I believe? As long as he has 7 leafs on the passenger side too I'd lean towards the bushings being tightened down on with the wheels off the ground. I've seen it cause issues on the front with leaning or to much lift before too.
