I bought a new 23 Taco last year in November. I am a retired electric utility person from NY/NJ area. I am really in love with this truck...it replaced my 1999 Dodge Dakota Sport 5 Speed...Yes I had it for 24 years I am a cheap skate LOL

I use the truck for leisure and occasional Home Depot runs.

Back in their day, the Dakotas were the best-looking truck out there imo. Did yours have a 5.2? I think that's what the sport had. Super reliable engine.
I think that now, the Tacoma is top 2-3 for sure. Welcome to the forums.

No it was a 3.9 V6....I kept it maintained and never gave me any issues. Undercarriage with rust was bad..

As can be the Tacoma if you still live in the same area. Give it some annual preventative love and protect your frame with a proven product like Cosmoline, Fluid Film, etc etc.

Just say NO to any rubberized stuff.
