    We are finishing up some off-road testing this week and will be disassembling next week to review parts, once we get our eyes on them we will have a better timeline to get you guys squared away.

    Are the 2020+’s the only ones having issues with the springs? I’m looking for a lift on my 19 trd pro, would I have no issues with the Eibach springs for my year?

    Are there any downsides to the lifted springs, will it give me a better or worse ride or just ride like factory? I think I’m also going to go with an icon 1.5” add a leaf in the rear.

    Yeah I would be interested if you decided on a ground top spring, a replacement top cushion, or something else.

    I know folks are out some money but I can't believe anyone is waiting around for Eibach. If it was me I'd pull their shit off my truck and go back to stock or get some other product that works.
    This guy at Eibach is just stringing ya'll along.
    Oh we tested some stuff. Oh now we will meet about it. Next we'll let it marinate for six months. Blah blah blah....oh and we're gonna take care of everyone. LOL!

    You're...literally complaining about a manufacturer communicating regularly about how they're fixing a problem? Ok neat.

    @mark@eibach Still squeaking around town like a scrub. My dampers are toast... Anxiously awaiting resolution to this saga and hoping Eibach makes my truck whole again.

    Don't hold your breath. I still haven't heard anything back from Eibach... Struts up front are toast.

    @mark@eibach two urgent questions:

    1: I've been in touch with Tanner Hallihan there and he hasn't been able to provide an estimate for when we would receive replacement springs. Do you have an update?

    2: When I asked Tanner about the reimbursement process (*if I remove them*), he said that Eibach would only reimburse the cost of the spring kit, and the labor cost to remove the Eibach springs. What about the initial installation cost?

    I think it should be obvious to the decision makers at Eibach that when you have this kit professionally installed/uninstalled, there are labor costs on the front end and back end. My tech also thinks I'll need new bushings once we fix this. I'm afraid there is more integral damage being done to the shocks, time will tell. The constant frustration of riding around in a truck that sounds like an old worn out mattress is becoming unbearable. I'm beginning to wonder where the sense of urgency is at Eibach.
