I decided to take the Fox Shocks back to stock. Only drove ~200 miles on them and had the truck parked. RSG Offroad here in Denver did the work. Tanner from Eibach mentioned if I provide receipts for the swap back to stock, and alignment, that I will be reimbursed. Provided everything on Monday but have not heard back from management yet. So far so good... hope for a quick refund for the springs and the labor required to revert to stock.

Just checking in. I received my replacement springs last week. Hoping to install sometime in January. Glad I never installed the original kit. My laziness actually benefitted me here haha.

Curious, it’s probably in this thread. Is the spring rate/lb heavier than stock? Hoping to run a SSO hybrid/winch. Thanks y’all!

Just wanted to share that the springs went in without issue.

Ride quality is slightly firmer but excellent. I don’t expect any issues with these revised flat ground springs. Big thanks to Eibach for coming through with a solution for the 20-21 trucks!

    I’ll post measurements on Wednesday.

Yep. As I understand it, that’s how the increase in ride height is achieved with these to begin with. As for hard numbers, It was posted somewhere in this thread but I am unable to find them again… I want to say it was somewhere around 650lbs? But don’t take that to the bank.

Also there have been several other members who have already installed these springs while having a bumper/winch and it seems the general consensus was little to no sag with the extra weight. Hope that helps!

2020+ OEM spring rate is ~616lb/in, Eibach replacements are 620lb/in. The spring length is what provides the lift for these which I think is 12.25" for OEM and 14" from Eibach.

@mark@eibach - FYI I am still waiting for my promised refund for the springs and labor to go back to stock. It's been over a week since I submitted everything and Tanner has not responded to my past two emails. Is there anything you can do to help push this forward? I am out a fair amount of money that I could use for the holidays...

I have my truck at the shop today to put on the replacement Eibach Springs. Progress now halted because it looks like I have enough damage to the shock shaft/threads that they are recommending I DO NOT reuse them. New shocks are not available for 2 weeks and cost $1100 each.

The initial set of Eibach springs put the shock shafts at an off-angle and wore the inner bushings away, which lead to wearing down of the metal. This contact was producing the squeaking noise I've been living with since putting them on back in the Summer.

The shop is attempting to rethread the shocks and put it back together for the time being. Whether it is safe to drive in that fashion is a serious concern of mine.

Seriously concerned about taking new shocks and putting the new Eibach Spring on them given this experience so far.

Anyone have the new springs put on yet?

How is it sounding? Riding? Working?

Already in contact with Tanner but check out the damage:

Fox will rebuild them with new shafts for about $400 for the pair. New shafts, seals, oil and nitro charge.

I had to replace the entire setup with Ironman 4x4 FCP and had their coils powder coated red. I was in a bind because my dealership installed Eibach springs in good faith. After the failure, they would only replace with OEM or ironman, who they have a relationship with (local to my area).

Yep, I had one of my rears rebuilt and the shaft replaced due to the threaded part breaking off. Send them a email with the situation and they will let you know a price and where to ship them.

After 300 miles, I think the ride quality remains unchanged from stock springs. It's actually better now, but that's likely from the UCA and alignment. Unfortunately, my measurements are not apples to apples because I added sliders, aluminum skids (trans/transfer/gas tank), Nitro UCA and ECGS bushing between measurements.

Hub to Fender measurements with full tank before and after:
    Driver
    Before 21.3" After 22.3" 1" lift gained

    Passenger
Before 21.5" After 22.8" 1.3" lift gained (as advertised)

I know I know, the pro spring perch is supposed to account for the lean, but mine has always been .25" difference side to side and is now .50" side to side (assuming from the weight added). Might add a .25" HS Spacer I have laying around so it sits level side to side.

Here it is with the HS 3AAL and 265/75R16. No doubt it would look better with 285/75R16, but I'm not willing to sacrifice comfort or performance...yet lol. Perfecto!

Thanks for the update. Do you have any straight on side shots? Just trying to see how much rake there is (or isn't). Planning to go with the same leaf pack and eibach's up front.

The rear sits ~1/2” higher than the front on each side. That’s with ~150 lbs constant in/over the bed + the 100 lbs total for the sliders.

Jumping in on this thread - I see that some of your are receiving replacements and slowing getting them on your trucks. Do we have any information on the new 2020-2021 TRD Pro lift kits? Have the squeaking issues been corrected? I am brand new to Eibach and looking for something simple to lift my Pro more and keep the Fox up front.

We've corrected the squeaking via a flat ground design on top, not to be confused with the 17-19's which were ground flat top and bottom.

Part number for the 20+ is E30-82-069-03-20. The image on the website has also been updated to reflect the change.
