Do you have any links to where you're seeing successful use? Also, just because they physically fit doesn't mean they are optimized to work with our trucks (spring rate vs. weight, damping/rebound zones of the shocks).

Just chatted with someone on IG who has them installed on his 2018 Taco Pro. Says they ride comfortably with a slightly more sporty feel.

I do agree with the potential issues running a spring made for a different vehicle. I wonder how different the front Fox shocks are between 4Runner and Tacoma Pros.

From what I read on the Eibach T4R Pro Lift development thread, the springs are 3" ID so they will fit. Not sure of the length, but the rate was 600 lbs/in. So less then the Tacoma TRD Pro springs, both stock and Eibach lift kit.

Good to know. Apparently it’s a 1.6” lift.

If it is a lower spring rate, that implies that the T4R spring is significantly longer and is pre-loaded when put on the Taco coilovers. I bet it feels "sporty."

Definitely longer, and if it does give 1.6", probably not a lot of preload at rest. I'd personally be concerned with the lower spring rate since I have a little extra weight up front. Would be interesting to understand how different the T4R springs will be from the new Taco ones (length and spring rate differences from stock and from T4R).

The stock T4R TRD Pro is 13"

I'd be worried about running T4R 600lbs/in coils without weight. I imagine the nose would dive quite a bit under moderate braking. Add weight and it may sag quite quickly as well.

Just FYI, someone posted they got a response from Westcott and they said if you don't add the top spacer, then you'll get 1" with bottom spring perch.

I just realized I have been following this for over a year..... Looks like my money may have to go elsewhere. Not sure I can hold out much longer.

It is invested. That's the only reason it has made it easy to hang on this long. I don't like to let money sit idle especially with the way our government keeps printing it.

Anyone know what's up with the springs for the 2020 model?
