    Wow, thanks for clarifying.

Just my two cents but I would hate to see that dialed Fox suspension from the factory get swapped out, love the way it rides in mine. This Eibach kit would be a great way to lift it without affecting the ride too much. I also wonder if it will be compatible with the Toyota warranties since Eibach is the OEM part provider.

That could well be the detail they're working out now before releasing the kit.

So if I'm reading this right the clearance has been improved by 0.5", not bad. The new UCAs are sweet, liking the fender stamps too instead of badges. Between this release and the new performance lift kit Toyota is offering for literally every other model Tacoma, feeling some inadequacy creeping in with my 20'. Gonna have to shell out more $ just to get up to current TRD Pro specs.

I won't pay more than the aftermarket alternative. I'm not that married to the TRD logo. I probably won't even need them if I stick with the Eibach spring upgrade.

Is Eibach making these new TRD Pro springs? mark@eibach

So springs and the new red UCA and bob's your uncle, right?

I'm not a big fan of blocks under the leafs, so I wonder which leafpack would compliment this nicely?

    WARNING: CONSPIRACY THEORY!!

I have figured out the hang-up in Eibach's new TRD Pro lift spring...they decided to use it for the new 22 TRD Pro. Toyota has put a gag order on @mark@eibach and his team and we will never see the release of the spring we have waited so long for...:anonymous:

Not a bad theory, if true them coming out and just telling us would be the best thing. Eibach is a reputable company, so I would assume they would come out and say something.

But on the same line of thinking, perhaps toyota wants them to wait till 2022 models hit the sales floor before offering a suspension that makes older pros have the same lift as newer pros.

Another thought, I bet the 2022 pro rear leafs would be a killer add for people who get the new eibach springs for their old pros.

The rear lift is just a spacer.

On the new 2022 pro? If so thats a big fail right there. They spent all that money to make new front control arms, a higher lift, and its spacers... shame on you toyota.

At least on the "we will never see the release" part, that seems unlikely. If they weren't planning to release I doubt they would have mocked up a webpage and then accidentally made that page live for ordering a few weeks ago.

    Yeah.
I didn't catch that anywhere, but this wouldn't really surprise me. It would be nice if they did a better leaf pack. I'm wondering if the front shocks are going to be different/longer. But it sure sounds like Toyota got wind of Pro owners wanting a bit more clearance and fancied things up a bit more.

Yep. It says it right in the press release. And yes. I agree with you. A better leaf pack would be.... Uhm.. better

    Yeah.
I just re-read that press release, and nowhere does it say that it is a spacer lift. While the rear likely is, pics of the front suspension show no spacer for the front (although that may not mean much). Anyway, details are missing on how they achieve the lift. My bet would be longer springs and coilovers in the front, small spacer in the back.

It also does not say that it gets wider wheels, just new TRD Pro wheels that give it a wider track than stock. This is the same as current Pro models due to a different wheel offset.

All the focus has been on the front '22 suspension; why's no one (that's seen it in person) taken a moment to photo the rear.
