I might be trading in my 2011 Taco w/ 5k miles on it to get a 2011 FJ. I will probably sell off my accessories.

Advantage Hard Hat Tonneau cover (for 5ft bed)
    OEM Toyota bed mat
    WeatherTech Digifit floor liners (black)

The Tonneau and bed mat are mint as I haven't used my bed for anything and the vehicle is garaged kept. The mats are in good shape.

I'll take pics of everything if and when I sell them. Would anyone here be interested in all 3. I'm in Delaware and would be willing to meet half way up to 40 miles.

I am going to test drive the FJ again on Monday. :)

Possibly interested in the bed mat depending on price and shipping cost.

Went from FJ to Taco. Make sure you are ok with only 2 windows that open.

. A good friend of ours has one and he doesn't have a bad word to say about it....except he complains about the turing radous for such a short wheel based vehicle.

Not sure about the utility factor but he prefers the off roading in the FJ.

He should look into the 4runner then. Awesome turning radius!!!! And well, the new Trail Edition will spank the FJ offroad!

Having sat in a fj, those things have massive blind spots. But enjoy whatever you do man, toyota makes a hell of an off road vehicle.

Ok, not sure what shipping would be. Might not be worth it. I guess we'll see if I do the trade.

I think it would be better for traveling with my two German shepherds. I love my Taco, and do not have one bad word to say about it. OK, maybe just the cricket noise from the fan but still, it much better than the GM vehicles that I have had.

I'll check it out on Monday. Thanks for the info.

Hopefully not as bad as the one that I have in the Taco. When I get off highway off-ramps that curve, the rear view mirror is completely blocking my view. I have the lean down to look under it to see the road ahead. Being 6'4" is why. LOL

x2 on both of those. I have seriously considered an FJ two or three times for my wife, myself, and my two dogs; Love the ride, the performance on the road, and the manual transfer case shifter, but those two negatives - the rear windows that don't open, and the huge rear blind spots, always seem to be the deal breaker...

Yes the blind spots are there, The rear windows do not open, but there is a company that makes replacements that open like wing windows and are completely removable for the trail. www.fjfreedomwindows.com . The FJ also has much less little cubbies and stuff to put things in, but there are also solutions for that as well from Springtail. that being said, i love my FJ. the offroad performance is awesome and I love how they look. The aftermarket for these things is HUGE because they are sold around the world and not just in the US.

Cool, that place is in Delaware too. I'd love to see that red FJ that they have.

You might want to check out the new 4Runner's. I believe all the 4wd ones have A-Trac regardless of trim and I think the interior is much more refined than the Tacoma's or FJ's.

as long as you have 4WD and A rear locker you have A-Trac in a FJ. My 07 has it. It didnt come with it, but because every FJ has stability control then if you have 4x4 and a locker everything is there and all you need is a button. Tried and tested over and over again.

I test drove the fjc.alot of the negatives I thought of were common on fjcruiserforums.com. Wicked blindspots, seats felt super low to floor. They refer to the back seats as "the cave" it was super dark back there. Back doors seemed really tight(at the time a had a baby with baby seat) I always go back and fourth with trading in for one but know it wouldn't be good for me.people either love them or hate them

Michelin 265/75/16 MS2's, Grillcraft MX series/TOYOTA badging. FJ/SE TRD Anthracite gray wheels. Katzkin leather/heated seats.
I had an 07 FJ and enjoyed it for about a year. It was a real windshield eater. If you research the FJ forum you will see a ton of complaints about rock chips and issues with cracking windshields. The glass just can't take a direct hit from a pebble. Caution- they are not cheap to replace.

The other thing that bothered me about my FJ was that it was really tight in the back seat. And the interior scatches if you look at it the wrong way. Other than minor irratations it was a decent vehicle. Buy what you want and enjoy what you buy!

Often called the "Short Bus". :D

I am still digging my Taco! I have 16k on it now! hahaha! not a daily driver.

We have an 07 FJ in the family too and I've only driven it once. It's 4x4 but I don't think it has a rear locker or saw an A-Trac button. What I'm sayin is the new 4Runner 4x4 has A-trac standard regardless of a rear locker or trim.
