Taco to hilux front end conversion

    98 2wd hilux (australian model)
    2.7ltr 3rz 8 port motor with Garrett gtx3076, custom GoPipes exhaust manifold, Intercooler, Haltec ECU, Walbro fuel pump, rising rate fuel reg & gauge, Turbosmart 45mm hypergate & dual port BOV, turbo timer, custom GoPipes 3" mandrel dump pipe back to tip, lukey sports muffler and rear resinator (no cat convertor), built w58 tranny, HD button clutch, lightened flywheel, custom 3row alloy radiator, reset rear leafs 3"drop, Boge shocks and poly bushes all round, front torsion bars wound down 3" (maintaining 105mm or 4" clearance for Dept. of Transport rules), custom alloy tray (4" narrower, finishes flush with cab each side), 17" Ford Territory rims painted black flake, semi slicks on rear, slotted rotors and HD ceramic pads on front, stock drums rear
    Hi im in Australia and have 98 2wd hilux and want to put the front bar, lights and grill from a Taco on it.
    Im looking for info and parts to do this. Any help is appreciated

    I’m looking to do the opposite of what you’re planning, and hope to swap a HiLux front end onto my Tacoma.

    The process shouldn’t be too different from what is required of drivers of earlier Tacomas that update to the ’01-04 look, 4Runner front end, or 4Runner owners that go to the Tacoma front clip.

    If you are planning on modifying your existing radiator support, as well as fabricating your own brackets and such, these are the parts you’d need. (Toyota OEM part numbers are followed by aftermarket part numbers in brackets)
