I had a 19 TRDOR 6MT, traded it for a 20 Sierra Denali, always missed the taco. Realized the Full size is just too big for me, and the Denali was way too luxurious for what I was using it for (two big dogs). Due to Covid, could not get the taco I wanted so sold the Denali in 2021 while waiting for the dealer to have a Pro6MT allocated, but dealer didn't get any for two years.

While waiting, bought a 23 Tundra, drove it for three months, and dealer finally received my 23Pro6MT, so I traded my 23 Tundra for the Taco. If you need back seat space, Tundra has plenty of it, but for everything else, I prefer my Taco.

The 23 Tundra didn't feel that well put together, nothing broker during my brief ownership, but doors felt lighter than taco, plastics felt cheap. I hated the start/stop system (although you can disable it with the press of a button, and Toyota's implementation is much better than GMC's), and the Tundra always took way too long to heat or cool the cabin (I guess they have to use energy efficient crap for the start/stop system to work). The Tundra did ride a lot smoother and the engine/transmission is a great match.

I did a rear seat delete on my Taco and now myself and my dogs could not be happier!

That's awesome, what a great idea doing the seat delete for the puppers. How much of a haircut did you take on swapped in the tundra?

I've considered it with two carseats but the double cab without a 6 foot bed option... Cmon.....

About $3k I think. But saved $4.5k on sales taxes by trading in Tundra for the Tacoma so it was a wash.
