There are other side gig vendors on here vying for your business as well. There is one vendor on here who claimed he had Bilstein 6112s and 5160s in stock. So I sent him payment. After paying him thru PayPal I was surprised to see one 5160 shock was on backorder. So I messaged him around noon and never got a response. Later I called the number on the dealer's website, the owner answered and stated his "internet sales guy" has a full time day job which is why I received no response. When I stated I did not want to wait for the back ordered shock he waited until the next day and refunded me the amount for the one shock minus a good portion of the original discount. He then threatened to call the shipper and have the rest of the order turned around. He also stated his "warehouse supplier" ran out of 5160s. So they never had the items in stock, they were simply middleman sales persons with no inventory and both had other day jobs.

Purchases with ********* are either fantastic or you get the shaft. No in between lol.

I’ve bought their speaker mounts in the past and didn’t have an issue but many have had problems.

That’s the reality of most of your online parts vendors. Not everybody has a warehouse and overhead, employees, and capital.

Damn near everyone has $30 for a website domain and a computer.

Why complain about shipping options for stuff that never gets shipped to begin with?

You’re literally in this thread, saying you’d order today if shipping wasn’t so fucked.

That’s why TT keeps getting business.

Just a bunch of old crap
Those rates are calculated by gross and formulas. What if theres a typo in their shopping dims like an accidental extra zero on the weight or a length/width. It happens. White glove freight delivery of a 65" TV thses days is like $170 across country. Reach out to them instead of going on blast and get the real rates. People make mistakes.

    It’s pretend.

As in, you can buy it at whatever shipping cost you want and you aren’t going to fucking get it.

I was going to by a bunch of stuff from TT, checked out their stuff, watched videos, then read some crap about them and said NOPE! Ended up getting what I wanted from someone else. Today I am so glad I went the local route. Will never buy from TT as long as I live.

I have yet to hear anything about a refund. BBB complaint launched and accepted by them to peruse. Attorney General letter going out tomorrow. PayPal dispute started. All I want is the item I paid for. Such a waste of everyone’s time.

I had some luck with them last year and ordered their 4-channel plug-and-play amp and wire harness. The install was really easy and the amp definitely woke the system up... but there was no getting around a pretty bad hiss from amplifying a crappy OEM signal with what I'm assuming is a pretty basic amp architecture. In the end, I just could't get around the hiss. I'm still using the wiring harness though!

    Nice job with the fiberglass.

Does anyone have a SuperCrewSound box? If so can you measure the top and bottom depths for me? I think I may just borrow a buddies table saw and make my own.

It would be one thing if their website had a disclaimer saying you’ll get your shit when we decide to mail it but to actually charge different prices for different shipping options and not following through...

Does that meet the definition of postal fraud....
    https://about.usps.com/publications/pub300a/pub300a_tech_024.htm
I don’t know but believe that the post office does take fraud involving the US mail system very seriously.

It's pretty easy to build a box if you have the right tools. I started mine with the "C" channel that fits over the cab brace on the back wall then built the whole rear of the box off of that. Move that into place and then measure from it to the back of the closed seat. I remember using a 15 degree slope from top to bottom.
