Hey guys. Upgrading my door speakers on my 2019 Entune Taco soon. Going with Infinity Ref 6x9s up front, and 6.5s in the rear. My question is: are the Taco Tunes speaker adapters really worth it? Crutchfeild offers free Metra speaker adapters, so should I bother with Taco Tunes? What are the advantages?

I got the metra adapters. The are molded plastic, have cut outs for the wire harness, and fit just fine. Add foam to both mating surfaces and you'll be fine.
