Magnuson TVS1900 Supercharger with 87mm pulley, Catted OVTune dumptubes, Doug Thorley 2.5in y-pipe, custom mufflers, 76mm Tundra throttle body, 5.29 Yukon gears, JamesT custom fuel rails, Yotawerx 87mm tune, Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 suspension. And some other stuff.
Nope no CEL or any issues with the larger TB. Though my airbox and MAF location are all stock. I believe (keep in mind I am just some dumb redneck on the interwebs) the reason some people have issues with swapping out their air intake is if you change the interior diameter of the tube where the MAF is located it changes the calculation for how much air is entering the engine. The equation used to calculate the volume flow rate through a pipe is: Q=dVdt=Av ......... so simply Q=Av (A = cross sectional area and v = magnitude of velocity of fluid (in this case air)). Lets assume Q stays the same (because the air being sucked into the engine at any given RPM will remain the same) if A changes then v will must also change. If the ECU doesn't know that A changed then it will calculate the wrong grams/second of air entering the engine, and (I assume) the AFR reading won't be within the predicted range, which could cause problems (like a CEL or truck not running right due to wrong AFR).

Note: I chose to keep my airbox stock because during one of my dyno sessions we did a run where we opened up the air box (so bypass the filter) and there were no gains or loses, which indicated to me the stock airbox was not a considerable restriction.

do you happen to know the diameter on the intake tube size for the magnuson elbow and the diameter on the tundra throttle body? Trying to see if I can source a silicone tube or a reducer to make it fit without modifying. I took apart the intake tube but forgot to get tube diameter.
