    No dude. No one would still. I spent twenty three years in the Border Patrol in some of the busiest drug corridors in the country dealing with cartel smuggles. The closest I ever came to being cuffed to my steering wheel while in a firefight was while... well never. Yeah that’s right, never... ;)
