Lots of cosmetic upgrades, cause I’m a whore like that.
Got an email from Etsy just now:

"Mike, thank you for your patience with this process. At this time, Etsy has decided to intervene and issue a refund for your order. It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account or card statement. Occasionally, refunds issued to non-US credit cards can take up to 30 days. We’re sorry for the experience you’ve had with this order."

Nice. I was wondering if that bracket works for our tss since its labeled on AJT website for Tundras.

I bought the custom grille relocation bracket kit and attach the tss to that. I then zip tied it for now to the grille. No issues unless it rains hard then I get the clean sensor but goes away after rain stops.

I bought the AJT design bracket as well. At the beginning it was working maybe 75% of the time which pissed me off since I just spent more money on that grille. So I decided to fix it on my own.

I figured the light would come on mostly when it was very sunny outside or I was driving towards the sun, so I shimmed the sensor to be aiming down just a little bit with 1 washer on each side. It then worked 90% of the time, but the light would still come on once in a while. In comparison to 310Tacoma, I have the ‘’TACOMA’’ lettering on my grille and when you look at it the sensor was exactly at the same height. So I built a small bracket (just a straight metal flat bar) to lower the sensor roughly 2 inches. It now works 100% of the time and I even got my adaptive cruise control back which is nice.

Tacovinyl should definitely do a collab with the guys at AJT design. Their product is better built in every way and doesn’t take much to make it work 100%.

Let me know if you want some pictures.

Where does he source his letters from? I’m interested. They look thicker than other sites offer.

Honestly if he just went back to his original bracket all should be good. It's never malfunctioned on me in the 1+ years I've had it. I really don't know why he had to change it but this new revision obviously sucks.

Really informative posts here, thanks guys. Will probably wait till next spring to make a grill purchase as I’m probably moving soon and have too many other projects on projects. BAMF grill is expensive but great quality though highly unlikely for a TSS sensor that’s why I was leaning towards the Raptor grill. I’ll likely do Toyota cement letters w/ AJT bracket.

I still haven’t addressed the PCS light issue... Is the ajt bracket still been trouble free for you?

It’s good for 90% of the time. I really just did it to get the light out of my cluster. I’ve never been a cruise control guy and trust adaptive cruise control even less. So would I trust it to do those things no.

I bought this bracket as well. It's only thrown the error a few times in the few months I've had it. Once was raining so I thought that would as the case but it hasn't done it again with rain. So unsure the actual reason. I will say it sits farther back in the grill so I don't think it reacts quite right for the anti collision. It doesn't seem as sensitive there.

Correct, it shows the following error in the dash. If you have cruise control on, it would just stop. Usually this lasts a few minutes then it goes away. It has only happen to me on long trips, never while DD a few miles a day.

I've had mine from taco vinyl for two years and it only gives the tss error on the dash (like the picture above) on extremely hot days, over 110+ degrees in AZ, when I park the truck in direct sunlight. After I turn the truck on and drive for a mile or so it'll stop giving the error. I'm not sure if it's a tss system issue, or because the large holes in the grille, but it doesn't really bother me.

The screws in mine rusted up pretty good so I went here to see if anyone had the same issue. But it seems like most people are having an issue with the TSS sensor, which now its been over a year in both hot, cold, and underwater and Ive had no issues with that. Just adding my two cents. And yes I have a 2 inch lift and bigger tires and no problems. By the way, taco vinyl support is incredibly helpful. They are sending me new hardware and responded almost instantly.
