I was down in TP a week ago, its actually where I grew up. I was surprised to see the forestry farm trails blockaded to 4wd vehicles with logs now. I did so much in those trails growing up in my Plymouth TC3...but they are definitely bike friendly. I've ripped up the provincial park there many weekends on benders and I could walk home from there...front road from Long Point thru to Normandale and Fishers Glen, Port Ryerse is still a fun drive.

I've not known the area to be tick ridden, but that was 30 yrs ago...so may be more prevalent now? Dunno

Ticks in general have been quite bad the last few years. I've gotten as many locally as I have anywhere else, though

Occasionally. I broke my collarbone jumping at trashmore in KW. Broke my collarbone jumping at Brantford. Never broke it at Joyride or Ray's in Cleveland so maybe I should stick to indoor bike parks

It kicked me into another dimension. I'm still waking up from that one, I think.

Was meaning to go to Joyride and Brantford again last year, but never got around to it. I think I might have been at Joyride only once or twice last year...
Also, I'm old... but maybe this year :anonymous:

Would love to see some Dirt jumps in the west end of Hamilton.

There are some in Iroquois heights that go through different stages of maintenance. I don't know if that's west enough or low enough. I can almost assure you there are more but I'm not in that world enough to know the secret spots
