it's a shame it's so far out. i'm just a busybody till the Ardbeg trip, but hope to find some trails down Canterbury falls.

 

I've only ridden Durham Forest once, didn't really enjoy it so after an hour we moved on to Dagmar, which was more entertaining. I will try to make one of your upcoming rides.

 

I plan to hit tons of trails all over the place this season. I’ll post every definite ride plan(s) here.

Durham/Dagmar area is close to me, so I frequent it the most.

 

If you ever plan on hitting hydrocut or going west let me know

Relatively short and tight technical trail - could do two loops around it for a good 20km ride. Still working on building up my cardio … Ravenshoe’s tight technical stuff gassed me pretty [embarrassingly] quick lol

Anyone else posts up, I will mostly likely be there. Distance ain’t no thing for me.

 

I am down whenever on the weekends, post here and we show up!

 

The rides discussion inspired me to clean up the bike to get it ready for action.

Better to build it up yourself it's way cheaper. I'm going to build a full suspension next year maybe.

 

It is definitely not cheaper.

 

Depends on what you want.
My issue wanting full suspension and Fox fork with most bikes I've looked at means you also get xtr gears shifter brakes etc. Having highest tier of everything making the bike that much more. From what I've priced out for the Rocky mountain I want will be at least $1300 less then if I paid for a ready built one.

 

I just bought a marlin 5 and am happy
