    Got the hood lights all wired up! Really easy. Played around a bit with the placement of the switch and ended up having to add a few extra inches of wire from the battery connector to the switch. They turned out great! This is the "white" color.

    Hopefully I'll have time to wire up the bed lights after Easter.

    How effective are the white led hood kits as work lights? It's hard to tell from the pictures but it definitely seems like it could be nice for late night fixes if a work light wasn't in the truck.

    With how these LED strips are placed in the hood, you never cast a shadow in the area your working in. The kits provide alot of light and illuminate the entire engine area.uploadfromtaptalk1459047684748.jpg

    Finally got my bed lights installed. Still waiting to mount the switch permanently because Dane is sending me a replacement one next week. Ran the wires under the truck and through the frame. Was tedious, but turned out great!IMG_20160327_212559451.jpg
