Gotcha. I've read you have to replace hard lines if that happens, correct?
I should just go get a flare nut wrench

I don't have that issue with the same wheels with my TC uppers. But I was touching the secondary mount on the lower at full lock. Nothing that a little shave didnt correct though.

Im pointing at alignment or the design of those uppers.

Not sure how alignment would effect that? So I am pointing directly at the UCA. But that is a heck of an expensive fix that I can't afford to do right now. Would love to borrow someone else's TC ones just to see what, if any, difference it would make.

    Toe In, negative camber?

Edit: take a pic of the front tires at steering wheel center and on flat ground.

Just had the alignment done after the spindle gussets and it was 0 toe and like 0.1 camber I believe. Or maybe those two numbers were swapped. But at any rate it was almost 0 and 0. Then cast was right at 2.5. I wanted it higher but the tech wouldn't adjust past that.

His alignment is not THAT out. I'm assuming that pic is not at ride height. If not then naturally he has negative camber with the suspension compressed. Are those DSM ucas? And wheel spacers is the solution if you keep those wheels. You already cut plenty out of the cab mount so you shouldn't have that worry about with a wider stance

It is at ride height, drivers side tire with wheel at full lock turning right. And yes they are the DSM UCA's. Spacers are on the way.
