TacoFMS' attempt at a build thread

Nice! I should probably get one sooner than later. I keep adding more and more electrical to the truck.

 

Well, it has been a rough past few years. My wife is going through some medical issues and her morale has gotten somewhat low. I decided it was time to put the truck to the side and focus on something that would help provide a "happy place" for her. As many know I have an absolutely wonderful, loving and very understanding wife that never questions me working on my truck or others. Anyone that has ever come out to the house to get work done on their truck while she was home was able to see how great she is as it is almost like the mod day is being catered by her.

I started the project last weekend, digging the "pit".

And it was finished just moments ago.


I just have to assemble the fireplace and set it in the middle.

Hopefully this will help raise her spirits and help provide her a place to rejuvenate her spirit and keep her strength to continue fighting.

I want to give a very special thank you to all that came out to help me as well. It will not be forgotten.

 

Wow man that looks absolutely professional. Bummed I wasn't around to help do my part...looking forward to that finishing touch fireplace.

 

Thank you sir. Would have been great having you out to the house as well. I'm sure another set of hands would have really come in handy as well.

 

Well the next time I come out to VA we def got to get a beer or something man if you don't have any projects going on.

That looks great Justin, and is absolutely awesome of you. I hope your wife’s spirits improve I will be thinking about you both. Maybe one day we can make our way up for a visit and share a good laugh and some drinks. Let me know if we can do anything, friend I’ve never met lol

The man has a truck more capable than he even knows now so I bet they’ll even start falling out at this point.

Not a hard level to achieve when the bar wasn’t set high while you were here I’m sure.

 

You say that now, but when we finally meet and your panties begin moistening all of a sudden and against your control you will realize just how high that bar can go...
