I'm really thinking about copying your exact same wheel and tire set up! Well I'm considering the KO2s in the same size as well

I know a lot of folks have really enjoyed the k"bro"2's but I personally have never been a fan. Wasn't really a fan of the originals either. Nothing bad to say about them, just not a fan. I always went with other brands...

Just come get this set up. I'll spray the wheels black right quick and they'll be ready for you.

With yours staying outside it will only last about 2 weeks before looking like trash. I've pretty much stopped using them.

I was kinda wondering that. I figured the sun and cold would eat it up. It's not like there is much material there.

The only thing it ever blocked was a few bugs from going in. Offers zero prefiltering.

I've got to figure out how to keep the mice out of Christies car. I killed 4 in there this year and found a air filter box full of catfood

So it's been pretty dead in here for a while. But I've still been turning wrenches.

Decided to get rid of the wife's 4 door yaris that I called "the red turd" as it was about to hit 300k and I was tired of looking at the dented up neglected body as I could only do so much to get it back in shape from the previous owner. Searched for a day or two and got her an 09 2 door hatch with 100k less miles. Body is in 1,000x better shape and it has several options the other one didn't.

    When we brought it home.

    Next to the old one.

So the "new" one needed struts, shocks and springs BAD. Started doing some research and found I could really upgrade the entire suspension for just barely more than stock replacement was going to cost. So I ordered some TEIN 2" drop springs and sport tuned Bilstein struts and shocks designed for lowering springs and "autocross" driving. Also noticed during my inspection the front calipers were not doing a good job so I got new calipers, pads and rotors.

While waiting for all the parts to arrive I decided I didn't like the steel wheels and factory hubcaps. So I did my homework, found out several other vehicles shared the hub diameter and lug spacing. So I found some beat up wheels on craigslist for cheap and grabbed them.

Removed the tires, sanded and cleaned them up real good and sprayed them a "pretty" color.

So I pulled the car in the garage to get ready.

And got the wheels mounted to the tires.
