TACOKID... Your truck is sick....I'm looking to something similar to yours...Love your taste... How are the fenders when you drive on the freeway? Any issues? Noise? Vibration?
    Thanks

if you want more, feel free to ask!

The radiator and ac are both removable and will come off together. my fenders are dzus tabbed in for easy removal and kept the stock air box. oh yeah, no more zip ties holding the front together.

well if i get your approval, i know its good then :D thanks jason.
yeah im going to try to explain this as best i can since we didnt take much pictures.. What we did was took the rad/ac cooler out and set it up as if were stock on the ground (spaced apart and everything), then we made square frame out of 1in tubing that went on the outside of that. then we attached the rad/ac cooler off of tabs so now we have a tubed frame around the outside and makes it all one piece. Next we just put the 1.75 tubing as pretty much the main supports that we welded everything off of. we then tabbed the rad/ac to the 1.75 so its still removable without taking the rad/ac cooler separately. after that we set up the headlights and grill. getting that to line up perfectly was a bitttcchhhh but we got it all figured out after a little bit,

also none of the fiberglass is attached to the cab, only solid mounts of the frame. Its attached on the top of the fender near the top of the headlight, were the lower part of the headlight attaches to, in the middle of the fender (under the hood though) then the last one is tabbed off the lower body mount support. ill get better pictures once im off work..

if anything, just shoot me some pms if you need help/detailed pictures.
thanks! Beards are nice when its 50 degrees in his shop at night :p

Not good enough unless you can still use the stock hood prop stick :p

Its crazy looking at the truck after all the body lines match up...the core support sucked!
