You can just articulate to max you can get it, then measure with a tape measure to compare shock shaft to bump travel left on chassis

Easy enough. I figured I was overthinking it. Just want to make sure I put all of it to full use :D

It was very cool getting a call from Jon and Glenn @Radflo Shocks last month, and they worked out a part number for Archive and Radflo customers to reference to order Radflo shocks

2.5x12 for 2005-2021 Tacoma Shock Relocation Towers:

6SR-003-00 *Customers need to specify “1 inch shorter”.

What’s custom about your specd shock other than the eyelet length, or I’m assuming they eyelet.

This is to help customers get the right Radflo compressed length, and it should have proper hose fitting outlet, straight out.
Then request short rod end, having shortest compressed length helps ground clearance

Just got my front and rear shocks, Fox with DSC. I am super stoked but just realized the front shocks have different resi's than the rears. In particular, I am most interested in understanding how difficult it would be to change the compression adjuster knobs. I realize this is nit picky stuff but I am using the blue knob as the basis for accents around the truck. The fronts came with the blue and yellow knobs when the rears came with the grey and orange knobs.

I'm not a shock expert, but it appears the knobs are held on with set screws on large knob, and a single scew on small knob.
Maybe its just that easy to change knobs

I would hit up @AccuTune Offroad and ask. They'll be able to give you a definitive answer and probably sell you the knobs as well if it is as easy as it appears.

Got my shock relocate burned in recently. Love that flex!

Man am I happy with my rear set up! hammer hangers with cross bar, deaver u402 stage iii, king 2.5 12” smooth bodies. Still need to get a limit strap though.

I do see that I possibly could squeeze more flex out of the stock shackles if I added poly bushings, but not with these deavers and 12” shocks. The shocks are maxed out at this shackle angle. Guess I should have ordered and 14” short bodies.

With my 3.5” BS -25mm offset SCS wheels with 295/75r16 BFG KO2s the off set is damn near perfect. At full unstrapped articulation, they do not rub. I will need a spacer when I jump to 35s for sure

Seeing your setup is making me want to hurry up and get my relocate done. I’m running the stage 3’s as well so it’s good to see they’ll still flex out really well despite their weight rating. First picture with 3.5” BS I’ve seen as well which I’m glad to see since mine are the same. Gives me a good idea of what size spacer I’ll probably need with 315/75/16’s, which I’m guessing is a 1” spacer. So wide... Haha

That is where I purchased the shocks from. But given their up coming move and some back and forth on some replacement springs (great customer service as expected), I didn't want to bug them too much. I wasn't sure how easy it is. I noticed the exposed O-ring at the base of the bottom knob and thought that maybe there was more going on.

Since they are responding to this thread, @AccuTune Offroad how easy are the Fox DSC knobs to swap out?

Might as well throw in my last data point on Deavers...talked with a guy there who said they have been on back order since October. I ordered in early April. He said "it gunna be a while".
