    Whole lotta stuff
If anyone needs some cheap shocks to run with the relocation, I have some fox 2.0x14s that need a rebuild/revalve that I'm getting rid of for cheap. Fitment seen below.

Anyone with a long bed sporting these? The wheel wells are a bit different on the long beds so I’m curious how they mount up if anyone has done it.

This is probably on more than 500 long beds, it uses a 1" spacer between tower and wheel well

Thanks! Any pics of the cross brace on a long bed?

No, bolting tower to bed shores up the frame rail, it's solid as a rock, cross brace is not needed, but it is possible

Copy that. I’ve been on the fence about building my own hoops for the rear or going this route. I initially wanted to do a bed cage but I still use my truck as a truck from time to time and don’t want to lose the capability just yet. I like that I can run a 14” travel shock with these. Thanks for the info!

Looking to plan ahead here guys...

Can someone posts pics of where the upper bolts sit inside the bed on the wheel wells? Going to get some custom drawers made and want to be sure they will fit fine if I ever do a relocate.

If you have a short bed, the bolts sit inside the indentation intended for a 2x6 stringer.

Pretty much the wheel dimensions (set up) I am aiming for. Glad I looked in this thread before posting. Might be going 37s by the end or beginning of next year and have been wanting this kit. I have everything else sitting at home, just need to pull the trigger on the kit.

I got the cross brace when I ordered my shackles. Can I still run the brace, is it not necessary or will it not fit (work) on a long bed?

The cross tube is for Hammer Hangers, it's not affected by the shock relocation or bed size

Ok. Thanks.I have the hangers, shackles and brace. Just need the time to install them. Will get the shock relocation kit when I order my suspension at the end of the year.

Remember it’s +1/2” wheel lip width per side. So the math on a 17x7 +4:

    7”+ 1/2” + 1/2” = 8” outer wheel width
    8” / 2 = 4” wheel centerline
    +4mm offset = +.157”
    4” + .157 = 4.157” rounded to 4.16”

Edit: Not trolling! lol I’m planning mid-travel on stock wheel. 16x7 +12 4.47” with 265/75. Trying to see if I can get away without spacers on 2” and/or 2.5”.

The Easiest way to get away without spacers is to run a -25 (16") or -38" (17"); you may still get sight rub, but manageable. I went through the same deal when considering a relocate before I did. The other is you can notch the frame, but that is more involved, which I assume you are looking not to do.

Not happening without spacers on that wheel using the 2.5" relocation this thread is about, you'll need 1.25" spacer for 16x7 +12 4.47” with 265 tire. Check into our Trail Series 2.0 relocation, tucked very close to bed because it doesn't fit bypasses or 2.5", only 2.0s.

Your math agrees with mine, I add the approx. 1/2" lip per side:

I have a set of 14"x2.5" short body shocks built for this kit for sale if anyone is interested. Skip the 4 month lead time. The only reason I am not using them is because I switched to ADS in the front and my OCD will not allow me to run a different shock on the rear. This are located in Tucson Arizona. $900.

Just had my relocation installed (finally!). I noticed my axle tabs were burned in farther outboard than what’s suggested in the install directions (1.5” from leaf spring perch for smoothies, and 1.75-2” for bypasses). Mine are closer to 2.5”. Any foreseeable issues with this, other than less clearance for tire rub? I was going to run a 1.25” spacer anyway because of my wheels/tire setup. 17x9 -25 (4” BS) with 295/70/17.

Looks like it has 1"+ clearance currently, is that without a spacer? If so, in your case with 17x9 -25 (4” BS) & 295/70/17, a 1.25" spacer should be enough for tire clearance. Having more than 2" between tire and shock is ideal.
