I’m guessing that replacing gasket/tensioner can be done w/out removing everything
Unclear, bc this pix is comes from a T chain install list of instructions

    hopefully another member can confirm
2 bolt job or much more labor needed

I did mine without taking valve cover off. May want to check distributor ( o ring) for leaks too. Both are same side and close to each other. And also the oil filter mount. It has two o rings. All are easy fixes, so a little research on you tube and here as already suggested. The reason I advise to check all three is because I did not. Fixed one then found still had a slight leak, then next fix etc. a good cleaning and paying attention would have netted it all for me at one shot. Good luck.

If THatt did the install w/out valve cover off……then no

but need to follow those ‘set tensioner’

    No
Nope, didn’t have to mess with timing. Just be sure to listen for that click when you rotate the crank.

It’s been a while so forgive me on the fine details. I followed the directions carefully. There was an audible click when the hook released.
