    Will a 2002 trd tundra rearend without locker fit a 2001 Tacoma trd that had a e locker

    i cant switch out the whole rearend axel to axel with a 2003 tundra trd rearend going in a 2001 Tacoma trd ? Replace all at once just would not have locker why not please help

    For sure, since you currently have the e-locker axle housing, the differential won't swap over, thats what I thought you meant.

    I'm not sure if its possible for the entire axle to swap over, but I'm assuming not, since the Tundra body is wider. I'm assuming the axle spring perches will therefore be further apart, and won't line up with your spring packs. But if it did line up, then the wheels will stick out too far.

    You'd have to research that. Not many Tundra experts here on Tacoma World
