I don't know if the harness i there or not but if it is you would need the camera, the tailgate handle and the rearview mirror. It wouldn't be hard to install though.

the harness should be there. if i remember correctly, all tacomas are pre wired for everything, some just dont have all the goodies.

can someone else jump in and confirm? (Chris4x4 lol)

tint, topper, receiver hitch, trailer wiring, topper lighting, cruise control, intermittent wipers, backup camera, auto-dim mirror
All of the wiring for the camera and mirror should already be there. The mirror plug should be inside the headliner at the front center, near the mirror. The camera plug should be inside the tailgate, connected to a hole cover where the camera should be.

You don't need a new tailgate handle to install an OEM camera in a 2011. There's already a hole in the handle for the camera.

OEM camera install on a 2011 is very easy:

    1. Open tailgate.

    2. Remove all of the T30 Torx screws on the tailgate cover. They are not torqued very tightly, so you can use a Torx screwdriver or a Torx socket.

    3. Bend the center of the tailgate edge protector upward where it covers the tailgate cover, then bend upward the center of the part of the tailgate cover that was hidden by the tailgate edge protector. The tailgate cover has a locating pin that you have to pull out of its hole in the tailgate so that it can slide out.

    4. While doing #3, pull the tailgate cover out towards the front of the truck.

    5. Inside the tailgate, on the latch, the hole cover has an electrical connector plugged into it. Remove the two bolts which secure the hole cover. You'll need a 10 mm nutdriver or wrench.

    6. Unplug the connector from the hole cover and plug it into the camera.

    7. Install the camera where the hole cover used to be, using the two bolts.

    8. Put the tailgate cover back where it was.

    9. Put the T30 screws back where they were.

All Tacomas aren't pre-wired for everything, unfortunately :(. For example, some or all of the the cruise control wiring is missing in 2009+ Tacos if cruise is not factory installed. Also, the trailer socket wiring from the cab of the truck to the rear bumper is only installed with the factory tow package.
