Here you can find them, but only to get insulted/raped on your trade. $26k for a 2015 TRD Sport DCLB lifted, told them to kick rocks.

I had a sales man hounding me a couple of times a week trying to get me to put down a deposit on a Tacoma.
I informed him I would like to get one for about $500 over invoice.
I haven't heard from him since.

I paid $1,127 over invoice / $1,031 under MSRP on a straight cash sale. No trade, financing, extended warranty or mop and glo for them to make extra $ on.

Bought local from my preferred dealer. No hassle, no waiting.

$38,500 OTD? Seriously? Where are you located? Your sales tax must be pretty low!!

I live in North Carolina. I also ended up financing with Toyota and taking the $1,000 Active duty military rebate. I did kind of get a bad APR of 3.19%. I plan on trying to refinance soon.

2016 4x4 V6 DCSB TRD OR AT w/tonneau and Tow pkg
    33050.1 + 898.5 Delivery + 2582.4 for 7% TN sales tax, tag and title
    $36531 out the door

I live in Chattanooga but bought it in Scottsboro, AL.

I was only able to afford one of these because I sold my 2005 4x4 DC TRD OR AT w/153k miles for $16000 after I had paid $17500 for it 4 years earlier and had put 50k miles on it. I was able to put $10,300 toward my loan. So, basically, I spent $31/month on my truck payment for the last 4 years. Buying a Tacoma almost counts as an investment.

Couple of weeks ago put 500 down on a Magnetic Grey 2016 4x4 off road, DCSB, manual, tow pkg, all weather matts. Had to work on the guy but I got it for $32,500 (not including tax).

    32,500 + 493 (dealer fee) + 2850 (CO tax) = $35,843

They may have got me on the trade though and would not give me the deal without the trade in. I estimated my trade at 5k and they only gave me 2.4k, BUT the tranny is screwed and there are other problems with it. So I still feel like I got a good deal. Who knows...

My first post.. Also my first TACO! Carry on...

OTD means nothing because everyone outside your area's Sale tax and title rates are different. If you sales tax was South Carolina's $300 you got a poor deal...IF it was California , your deal is much better,

First truck Invoices at $34,323 $1277 above Invoice (Plus Doc Fees?)

Second Limited INvoice is $35935 $1465 above Invoice

Depending on where you are you may be able to buy at $500 above Invoice I would shoot for that. That is what I paid. But dealers are all different.. but it is the SHOPPERS that are determining prices not dealers. If shoppers in your area are willingly paying MSRP, So will you.

That may be a good discount where you are. I would have passed on those mark ups here.

I will say the Limited is the better deal considering the extras,

I would get the tow package ($579) if I were you and gain the benefit of a larger alternator, transmission cooler and better resale possibilities.

Yes, the prices I was given, and listed above, both include a $960 processing/delivery fee.

Thank you for your feedback. That was awesome, and on my very first post, too!

I'll definitely go with the tow package. I thought it'd maybe be strategic to settle on the base price of the truck, first, and move forward from there with each accessory, etc.

So, it looks like this dealer is being fair. Plus, she tells me it'd be pretty difficult to get either without the tow package, and might be even easier to order if with the tonneau cover.

I'm skeptical, though, as it's a simple accessory. Right? Same goes for the running boards and step tubes, correct?

    Thanks, again.

The invoice I gave you includes a $900 Delivery Fee. Yeah most 6 cyl come with Towing.

Don't get the Tonneau Cover. It is attached buy cutting into the side rails and you can only use 2/3 of the bed with it unless you want to remove it everytime you need the entire bed.

I don't need a hardcover so I bought the Truxedo Lo Pro roll up. Second one on second truck for me. IF you don't want to spend that much Truxedo makes the TruXport which is another nice tonneau for less than $300

You can order running boards on AutoAnything for less than Toyota charges. I bought these http://www.autoanything.com/nerf-bars/proz-6-inch-premium-oval-nerf-bars

    They install easy.

    AutoAnything has good coupons.

Just ordered mine. Paid $33,177.73 before tax and tags. 2016 MGM TRD Offroad DCSB with towing package. They threw in the bed mat to go with it lol. Not the best deal but I'm ok with it

EDIT: Added all weather mats and sill protectors and it went up to $33,363.68

That's only a couple hundred over invoice. A lot of guys would jump on that deal. What more do you want?
