Off Road and Sport are the same price. The Off Road is made in more limited quantities so they usually sell for more, but they are both the same invoice and msrp at all package and option levels

Was happy with $800 off sticker on my truck (SR ACLB, 4x4 MT, utility package, carpet mats with sill protectors) no extra dealer fees (just taxes and DMV fees to the state). No financing or trade. I hate negotiating. Did the deal in under 5 mins.

    $24,219 was sticker. Paid $23,419.

MSRP $35489 Invoice $33214 Paid $34139 including $249 doc fee. DCSB TRD SP 4x4, tow package, mats....not bad for Hawaii, could of bought on the Mainland and saved about $500 more, but shipping would of eaten it up.

Well, after 17 weeks of waiting, my (black) 7545 TDR Off Road, 4x4, 6MT, double cab short bed with tow package and Prem Tech. (no JBL) just came in. Confirmed $34,000 price. I will have to pay $2,390 in tax (TX), dealer's inventory tax (yeah, I know, I know), license & title fees and $125 doc fee. Total with fees will be $36,514.97.

Tomorrow I will decide whether to go with Toyota financing (1.8%) or my credit union (1.99%). All I'm researching now is the GAP insurance.

It was a sweet ride today. Pressed to get back to work so I only drove 16 miles with the salesman, but I am very impressed. Will report back tomorrow.

Getting quotes from dealers in Norther Virginia area for Off-road 4X DCSB. One just responded and said that prices for Tacomas will increase 2% starting March 1st. Anyone heard anything similar? I call B.S. but thought I'd ask TW as folks on here have the most knowledge of what's going on.

I don't know, but Gulf States Toyota is offering $500 cash back. So....that would seem kind of counter-intuitive if that dealer was correct. Maybe at THEIR dealership it is going up, but as each day goes by the model year end gets closer. The buyer always has the advantage....

$32,300.( also got a $1,000 mil discount from Toyota) so $31,300 after all said and done.
I used true car. I haggled with a few places and they wouldnt go below $34,000 so I used True Car and had three dealers at/below $33,500.
If you buy a vehicle, go on rainy, cold or snow days, on Sundays and at the end of the month. If the place is packed, leave... dont waste your time. They are less likely to

Quicksand DCLB OR with towing package, TTL financed 5 yr loan @ 2.5 % will be just over $41k total.

No trade, cash downpayment and $1200 for 10 yr bumper to bumper extended warrantee. Normally I wouldn't buy one but too many computers in this thing to last problem free for as long as I usually keep trucks.
