hello, are the files still available? I have a 13 DCSB and have solidworks, fusion360, and thinkdesign at my disposal.

I have a decent sketchup file of the longbed, PM me if you want it - TW won't let me post it here.

 

Scan Data, you could have your truck scanned and then open in various software. As a auto designer my choice would be ICEM Surf. From there you could model up cleaner surface of individual panels. Working with ICEM Surf and holding tight tolerance this would be toolable surface to provide to a model shop after your mods.

I've tried to clean the file up a bit but I haven't had a lot of time so give this a try and let me know what you think. Also I haven't checked the dimensions for accuracy.

Looks pretty good, thanks for taking the time and sharing. SEMA Garage has a program that many OEM suppliers share their CAD files to create after market parts from, but I don't think Toyota participates with the program.
