    The fronts will fit and provide roughly ~2” lift. The rears will need the stock bushings pressed out and 4Runner size bushings pushed in.

    The 4Runner forums have more info on this just google “4Runner with Tacoma suspension”

    I think UCAs are also compatible. You just can’t take an OEM 4Runner UCA and put it on the Tacoma I believe.
