...and there's always the MB Geländewagen AMG 6x6. Not only six wheels, but portal axles, too!

Here's one I saw cruising the circuit a couple of years ago at the Monaco Grand Prix. Tarted up by some tuner or another, as if the original isn't OTT enough Poseurs.

I saw an awesome 10x10 Tacoma the other day, looks like it could be fun in the mud.

That's one hell of a drive from Colorado. It doesn't sound like fun to me at all but to each their own. Cold, blinding, same scenery everywhere - ice ice and ice.

Found a video on YouTube of a guy that used a 205 Tansfer Case and stock drive train to convert his Jeep TJ to 6x6. Can't imagine a cheaper way to make your truck into a 6x6!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykJRWxKHvrk&pbjreload=101

His conversion also allows you to run the stock 4x4 (front and first rear axle driven), have full 6x6, or just the 4 rear wheels by shifting both transfer cases.

So who is going to be the first to get a 205 Transfer Case and the rear half of a Tacoma and build a 6x6???
