    No my volume doesn't work???? For some reason this is weird as soon as I disconnect it I cannot control the volume and nothing comes out of my speaker(music). I asked the question on Tacomaworld but no one has replied to it so idk what im suppose to do???

    Wrong. JBL integrates ALL speakers through the amp. Remove the amp, loose the stereo.

    Sorry for the delay in replying just been a bit busy, but AW9D nailed it. removing the amp messes around with your radio until its completely disconnected from the back of the stereo.
