Tacoma Bed Light Kits

Ordered some rolls from a seller. Hope they meet my standards for these kits

Update I got bad lights from the seller I bought the rolls from just ordered another set of lights from two different sellers should have an update within a week. Thanks everyone for being patient and waiting

 

Do they make 3 way switches for cars? Like the kind you use if you wave 2 switches for the same light, one at each end of the room?

Yes its possible to have two switches connected. And unfortunately yes were delayed again.

 

I'm not opposed to being patient for a quality product. It's good to come across merchants with high standards. I'd much rather wait a bit longer than install something twice.

Ya I understand. As of now still waiting on a roll of lights. Depends on the quality if I'm going to make another test kit with that roll. The other option I may have to look into is getting 5050 led strips that have the white back ground and see what the lights look like then. The strips I've ordered so far don't come near as good output at the test kits that were first sent out. I will leave another update when I get that roll of lights

Also I'm am still waiting for my refund from the big order of lights I made that put me behind.

 

So I finally got my refund but still waiting for the lights. Will try to order different lights to find a seller worth the money. Sorry this has taken so long.

 

You should look in to the Oznium website. I got some leds for the inside of my truck for the cup holders and I like them. They are here in the USA so they might be some what better than dealing with China. They cost more but are better and the guys on here wouldn't mind a little more cost for better quality. I know I don't mind it at all.

I buy all my leds from vleds.com made in the usa!

 

Hang in there Dane,,The led strips are hit and miss On being any good . The china made stuff is not lasting long at all ... Hate to do this work only to find half the lights out in 30 days

Ya that's the issue. As well as they don't put out enough light. Still searching and talking with sellers.

Dude I am super jealous! I hope OP finds some good LED suppliers so my bed can be as cool as yours soon!
