Once I have normal speed around 40-50 Mph! If I drive or pass over the pothole vs manhole (not so much deep) then my car bounce or rebound (once or repeatedly) to the LEFT and RIGHT immediately. I have to keep my two hands on the wheel steering. Is anyone had such problem bounce to the left/right by hitting a manhole?

The most of a manhole on the road are not that deep. But it's dangerous during rainy or winter season! Do you think it's a problem with Absorb Shock? Or something else?

Note: My Truck bed always empty.

    Tnx

Could be shocks, or it could be a bad alignment. Take it to a good alignment shop and tell them exactly what you told us.

Sounds kinda like a broken sway bar link to me. I've had them bust from time to time, and the symptoms, while not exactly like yours, are vary similar. It's an easy fix, cost around $35 per side, and it takes me about 1/2 hour to replace each one.

do you mean bounce, or do you mean veer? bounce would be related to springs/shocks, veer would be steering components.

how many miles on your truck? what parts have you serviced for suspension/steering since you've owned it?

My truck did this really bad when I bought it with very worn out shocks. After I replaced the shocks with cheap Monroe's it still does it but not as bad. It's likely a combo of old/tired shocks and worn out springs.

Bouncing is generally up/down, veering is left/right.

As others have asked, how many miles are on the truck, what suspension/steering parts have been serviced in the past, etc?

All these are likely possible contributors to your issue:

    shocks
    springs
    alignment
    ball joints
    tierod ends
    swaybar links
    swabar bushings

Don't just focus on the front, either. I know that when I hit a bump the rear can kick out and wiggle around. I know my rear shocks and springs are old and tired, and are next on my list to replace.

If you or the previous owner has never done any servicing to the suspension or steering, I would suggest doing all that regardless.

exactly, my rear end "bounces" after hitting a bump and feels like it moves around. especially around turns. this is mainly due to the light ass end of these trucks. and with yours being no weight it's probably "hop" not so much as "bounce" due to the tires grabbing when they get grip back

replace the shocks. I'm sure they have way too many miles on them.

You need new struts (Tacomas do not have shocks in the front).

I replace struts every 100k and coilovers every 200k. (So every other strut change).

I'm not sure if age would affect your suspension, but I would guess at that old of an age, and nearly 100k, it's time to replace. Maybe take to an alignment shop and have them check other components for wear/looseness.

You are due for a change.

My struts have been toast because of the hauling I do and I have 88k on the truck.
I have the same issue. If I hit a bump, especially on a turn.... truck does a little dance back and fourth.

It is an excuse for a lift kit given the cost of materials plus install on struts in front and shocks in rear gets damn close to a new suspension anyways.
