Honda needs to resurrect the Prelude. My '99 was a pit, but goddamn was it fun as fuck to drive!
Not the fastest, but handled like a beautifully proportioned woman.

You are correct in the lack of interest for driving for some of the young people today. I have a collage grad step grandson in the tech industry and we gave him our 87 (15 year old at the time )Camry to get through high school . He used it through collage and them some . He now has a family and bought a RAV4 but hated to do it and is almost embarrassed to have it . He would much rather use uber , and cannot wait until there are self driving cars to call for rides . He lives in the suburbs of a large city , owning a car is a waste of money to him .

    I too had a '99, and I agree with everything you've said here 100%.

It was a beast all its own! Til I blew the motor, twice. Second time was the first rebuilder's fault, but they wouldn't take any blame and correct it. Naturally.
That's what I get for taking it to a domestic v8 race shop and not the dude I knew from school that would've built the H22A4 in his garage.
Traded it to a POS, and older model, S10. Such a waste. Much naive back then.

There's plenty of engines they build pushing those numbers, but never seen them in the real Supras. However, many have built them in their garage and run 8 sec quarter miles all day long, actually 8-10 in a row, check out this guys 1400hp beast

I had a 99 as well lmfao! I totaled it but damn was that car one of the best handling cars Ive ever driven. The H22 was no slouch either! Clocked a 14.6 with my lightly modified car on the terrible hawaii track, not too shabby.

Isn't the mustang selling like 50 percent less than what it did 10-12 years ago. I thought I read that recently.

Haha yes you can. Two sets in fact. Although to be fair you will have to take out most drivers and put them diagonally. If I'm not mistaken they specifically cut the trunk so that it could still fit golf bags. 350Z at least. I'm not positive about the 370Z.

It blows my mind that the Colorado sells THAT MUCH MORE than the Canyon. They're essentially the same truck and I actually preferred the Canyon during the test drives. No surprise F-Series reigns supreme and Tacoma dominates the midsize.

They didn't keep that pace in the 3rd quarter. The entire midsized group is doing well.

It's exciting to see this category grow. Good changes will come from healthy competition. I remember 6-8 years ago reading headlines referring to the market for midsized disappearing altogether.

I just wish they would bring back smaller trucks. There are literally no options for someone that just needs a small access cab vehicle with a bed. The new ford ranger is double the size of the original...

They did grow didn't they. The current Tacoma is what the tundra once was. I would be totally fine if my truck was a couple inches shorter and an inch or two narrower.
