    thanks man...

Yea quite a good amount of places but only very few people know the routes and the thing about these route is that they are narrow...they are in favour of a short wheel base vehicle like a Suzuki Jimny or Suzuki Samurai

illl take pics of some of the places when i do my trips

I saw megasquirt in you parts and was like why he wasting that tuning power on that small supercharger.

Then you go and post a pic of one of my favorite turbos. Hx35. Things are a beast. I wanted to run an hx40 on my dsm but plans have gone larger. That 35 can make boost super fast, spool at 50psi all day and make 500+whp easy.

I planned on that turbo for my 3.4l. Now I can watch you do it and see what power that motor can make. Awesome build.

You guys have e85 (ethanol) easily available?

Lool megaquirt was the easiest route plus the features just made sense

well i hope i can make 400 without going internals

yea e85 is accessible here but its not sold on the pump so i wouldn't tune on that... highest octane we have is 90 but im running meth so lets see how it goes

With a good meth mixture that thing will make 500 easy. But that's when trans, rear end and other stuff breaks.

Guy here has an early pickup like your older one. Has a 3.4l swap, hx30 and e85 I believe. He has turned 12sec 1/4s at 6000' altitude on big tires. It's a beast. He tore up his rear end just climbing a rock and he was low throttle low boost.

First of all awesome truck man! There is a turbo bs thread in the performance section you might check out. There are some knowledgeable folks in there if you have some questions about the setup. For the record the highest documented hp for the 5vz on stock internals was 350 whp at 9 psi, e85 and methanol at sea level. My only advice is do not over rev the engine. I'm curious what this engine can take bone stock, assuming you have a proper tune I think the head will be the first thing to fail, or at least be the limiting factor.

Were you running pure methanol on the SC and what were your WOT injector duty cycles looking like?

    Thanks alot man

Yea i stay in check with those pages and take notes of their setups

i was running 50/50 meth-water my duty cycle was probably like 55% @ WOT

350 @ 9psi thats good power here i was thinking i could run 12 psi

Awesome truck. Sorry for the noob question, but what's the difference between a super charger and a turbo charger? Scariest thing I ever did was in Jamaica. I swam through a submerged lava tube in some remote ass river. Such a cool place though. Most generous people I've met (and I've been around).
