Tacoma by the numbers (I'll just park this right here)

Truly one of the great ‘modern classics’. Shame that Honda never made a true successor to the thunder pig.
I just sold my SP2 to fund Tacoma ‘mods’, but when I’m back on the market for one, it’ll be that rare ‘05/‘06 colour scheme.

It seemed to me to be similar to my FJ(better tranny in the Taco though, better feel), but I only test drove a MT Taco, I will defer to you since you DD one.
I will say, I would just downshift though. Sounds like you should've bought an AT lol.

 

I hear you. this expectation is that some downshifting is necessary and normal.
However, it was definitely excessive in necessary downshifts than any MT vehicle I have daily driven. I have only owned MT vehicles since I was a teenager.

To me, I was proven right after the first TSB-tune fixed almost 80% of this problem.

 

I love my roof top tent I use it constantly and only spent 1500 on it. My buddy’s trailer costed him 25000 so I don’t really understand why people think roof top tents are so expensive.

First off, gorgeous bike! I get mine into the truck and even close the tailgate on my ACLB Off-Road, also a MT.
