Hoping someone can help or give some input, I’ve checked many other forums and other websites but couldn’t find anything relating to my exact situation, about a year or so ago my horn and cruise stopped working, but my steering wheel controls never stopped working and no airbag light ever popped up so I finally got a new clock spring from Oreilly (because I believed that to be the problem) but after installation nothing changed. Horn and cruise don’t work but steering wheel controls work and no airbag light. Could this have been a faulty clock spring? Or could the issue lie elsewhere like some wires relating to the horn and cruise? Thankyou

possibly a bad pin/connector. or a fault somewhere else in the circuit

Check the horn relay? A fuse perhaps? I have no solid answer but I wouldn't have thrown a whole new clock spring at it.

Fuse is fine, how would I check the horn relay? Or pin connectors?

Don't have the answer for you. But I highly recommend an OEM clockspring. Can't believe O'Reilly sells SRS components.

I swapped the 30A relay with another one and the horn blew, I’m not sure if that would fix the cruise control problem I will find that out tomorrow. Would a bad horn relay affect cruise control for any reason?

Aside from the clockspring the horn and cruise are totally separate, I couldn't see any scenario that a bad horn relay would cause the cruise not to work.
Does your cruise light turn on with the switch? If it does then the problem is not the clock spring.

It can't be the clockspring then because there's only 2 wires going to the switch thru the clockspring (ground and signal) the switch just changes resistance depending on which button is pressed.
I would test the brake light switch and clutch switch (if you have a manual) as that would be the most likely issue.

Check for power on the violet/white wire at the switch, it should have power with the brake released and not have power with the brake pressed.
