    so, i know of *********.

    but i read about a "mr.marv".

i can't find this website, but who are the go-to people for custom (per driver specs) tacoma sub boxes? do these guys let you view the curve yielded by the porting, etc?

    thanks!

Many people say Mr. Marv makes the best quality boxes (which you'll pay for) for our trucks. He doesn't have a website but he normally has his own sub-forum in the vendors section on this site. Unfortunately, he's been very busy with personal matters and temporarily hid his sub-forum for a bit. He said it should be back up soon. You can always PM him and he will still answer any questions.

People here have had many issues with *********...mainly, it will take many many months to receive your box from them.

JL Audio makes a stealth box, but it lacks real lowend and it costs waaaaaaaaaaay more than it's worth.

There are other universal boxes that will fit our trucks and are really cheap...but you get what you pay for...

Also if you search on the forum you can find his phone number or pm / email him and he will even call you. I did last month and spoke to him fir about an hour he is a nice guy. As for taco tunes I won't ever deal with them again. I had to get my money back through paypal for stuff I ordered and never received.

I PM'd Mr Marv today about speaker mounts. I heard he makes good ones for less than you can get from Taco Tunes. I didn't realize he was going through some stuff, though. Whatever it is, I'm SURE it's more important than my speakers...

So... Any advice about somewhere else to buy mounts? The full kit from Taco Tunes would be $100.99 shipped. Surely I can get what I need for less...

There is someone else on this board that makes them, can't find the post now though. I bought my speaker mounts/baffles on eBay. Quality is not as good MrMarv or this other person, but they are sufficient for my needs since they are not seen, I just want them to be solid.

hookedontronics does them as well. I bought my set from him and the price was good and the shipping was better. Good product IMO. He will make them for your speaker specs.
