I am an fly angler threw a fly up on the dash and when I hit the brakes, the fly went down the defrost vents, took a extension magnet, didn’t pick up anything, not worried about the fly but with the materials, will it catch fire?

    Not likely.

The worst thing that could happen is, it makes it way to the mode position door and jams it up.
The chances of that happening are slim to none.

I’d forget about it and keep on fishing.
