    I would have been pissed to... But everyone does crazy stuff when they are kids... We used to take an old bicycle tube with a string tied to it and pull it across the road when I was a kid. It was a small neighborhood though and people always thought they were trying to run over a snake.... Some people would back over it 3 or 4 times... lol. It only took us one time getting caught that we didn't do it again though.
