2016 TRD Tacoma

I just did a gear swap and the rear diff is locked. I took the pic of a previous three but I just need to know if the little “pen” “magnet” idk the name of it. Does is have to be under the plate or what.Any quick way to disengage it just for now? I’m a little lost here guys thanks you in advance
