So it looks like mine would be 3YWG2000, which is not on @OVTune ‘s list. ☹️

Can you use this with bully dog tune or should you remove and run strictly handheld tuner.

I would remove the bd tune. This tuning wont need it.

That's your TRD SC flash ID. Check your stock ECU ID, it may be in the NA list and you won't need the TRD SC calibration ID

When you improve efficiency and hp increases you gain mpg.

First time seeing this list... I haven't gotten my ODB2 reader yet to see what the ECU # is. Looks like I'll be out of luck with this tuner unless its 30442200.

Handheld = plug and play preset tunes for dummies (like myself)

Flash = customizable tuning for peeps with bountiful access to a dyno and intimately knowledgable with EFI tuning management.

If you are still unclear after my definition(s), then the handheld is probably for you @qjwright

    (No disrespect intended at all)

@OVTune Did the latest updates as of today, and still says 30455000 not found. Is there anything on my end to troubleshoot to make sure it has the latest calibrations, or is it missing from the update?

If any of you guys happen to care... Just did some research, and if any of you guys with 2008s took your trucks in to the dealer many years ago for the accelerator pedal recall, they should have reflashed your ECU to 30442200. If anyone else did this recall and is wondering what their new ECU ID became, check out this PDF:

    @OVTune - a few questions

    - how much $$ to upgrade from na to s/c handheld? or how much to access all tunes available with handheld?
    - how many tunes are available for na and s/c?
    - can ecu auto adjust for fuel type?
    - are you guys using i0tune to create handheld tunes?
    - will same handheld tunes be included with i0TUNES software?

    - currently don't have an upgrade option as the handheld cannot upgrade the ECU right now.
    - two tunes for N/A, two tunes for SC. After v2 Cal there will be 2 tunes for N/A 3 tunes for SC
    - it can adjust for octane by reducing ignition when it hears knock. Not good. It cannot sense what the fuel is in any way.
    - Yes since I made the software I use it to make tunes
    - We provide base / tuned files for Master licenses only
