    I'll play around with it later tonight after I get off work. When I hooked it up I believe I got the unknown ECU error for 30442300. I'll know for sure when I hook it up again tonight

    I got the "calibration file not found" error so I might have to wait a little longer to get my tune installed which is fine by me

    I figured out the link problem. My PDF viewer didn’t let me click on the link and I was incorrectly copying and pasting it.

    I got it installed and updating the tuner now

    No luck after updating the handheld. Still get the calibration file not found error. Not sure why it won’t just let me read the ECU regardless.

    Do you know your ecu calibration number? Is it on the supported list on page 1?

    I agree, looks like its not supported. Mat told me 30442300 was supported and that he’d add it to the list. Maybe I was sent an older model? Who knows. I’m sure Mat can get me squared away somehow.

    If you're handheld tuner was updated correctly, you should have support. Otherwise it's an issue on his end. Remember, you're still headed into uncharted territory. It takes more than 24hrs to get this resolved.

    I sent one in yesterday. I haven’t heard back but I’m sure they’re working on it.

    I’ll try updating it on my computer one more time tomorrow and see if that does something. I certainly don’t mind waiting, and I only want to be helpful.
