Well that's all benefits of tuning. He needs to get it going before he can post us numbers. Tuning benefits supercharged and turbocharged motors alot more than n/a motors.

Any chance you can modify the ECU tire pressure sensor settings to add a 5th active TPMS for a spare to be monitored? Currently in TechStream it only accepts 4 sensor codes. Many of us run a 5 tire rotation and monitoring the spare would be helpful.

Additionally, the ability to change TPMS sensor IDs for a summer/winter tire set would widen your consumer possibilities for your product.

Another tire related wish list item is fixing the speedometer when changing tire size.

Would be nice to have it all in one and was my preferred method. This would be a great add on.

For the fully tuneable kit will it also come with the preset tunes? I would start out with a preset but would like the ability later on. Also If your NA but later go Forced can you add on the optional supercharger.

Will the tune improve installed K & N Cold Air filters and Flowmaster Dual Exhaust in the 4.0 second gens?

If is can improve dead stock, I'm willing to bet it can give you some power back with aftermarket equipment that claim to increase power by themselves.

I hope so...I did see a small performance improvement with both but nothing like what the manufactures claimed.

Getting this will be the Holy Grail!!!!

Just saw this now, been thinking the same thing, would like a base map to start off on and change from there. Also, any difference in price? I know you guesstimated $499 @OVTune in my pm but that was before you announced standalone and software + licence. Also second kit is going to come with your guy's dongle or will we have to find our own?

i think the biggest improvement will come just from linearizing the throttle, so 10% pedal press is actually 10% throttle, and firming the auto trans shifts up. plus, some more timing for 93 wouldnt hurt any either.

For the people that want to tune their own truck it will be :
    - Editing/datalog/flashing software
    - Stock ROM File + Definitions for your ROM file
    -license dongle for 1 ECU
    -OBD cable

how much we offer or how far we go with the self tuning stuff depends how big the self tuning community is. If a majority of people want to just do self tuning, we can start kit preparations right away. We have been waiting so we can finalize our dyno tune and handheld.

This whole "majority of people" mindset sounds like a gb to me. Small, dedicated batches. And sell the handheld as an off the shelf package. Is this what you mean?
