Got my new IOtech setup today.

I'm looking on the site. Not finding where I should be. Per the included info card; I should be at https://www.ovtuned.com/pages/instructions-downloads
But, there's nothing IOtech related there.

Is there another site I should be at. Perhaps this info card is outdated?

It's temping to buy during the tax time sale to save some money, but the lack of progress on the tuner is concerning. I'd rather wait and pay full price for a full product.

We've made significant progress and the product (tune itself) has been done, and updated a few times already.
We recently finished an update to our flash software that let's you update to a new ID or SC cal.
That was the biggest hurdle with supporting some cal IDs but it's done.

Can you clarify this for me...I bought one of the handheld tuners, downloaded the oem file, emailed to you, you emailed me back a tune file and I uploaded. Do I now need to buy the IO thing or is my handheld still supported and if I connect it to my laptop to update it, the tune file will be updated?

I’m confused how to keep getting the latest and greatest. Thanks

Well, I definitely don't mean to offend. It just seems that for someone with a stock Tacoma who just wants a little more performance with the help of a tuner, information is scarce and what little there is isn't very encouraging. If I missed or misread some info somewhere along the line, I apologise.

Sorry about the confusion, I know it can be a little confusing with multiple different options.
    Hopefully this clarifies :
    1. The handhelds are still fully supported with exception of a small number of N/A ECUs. If you have a Supercharger, our V2 calibrations are released and you can be updated if you have not.
    - If you have N/A, we will have our V2 calibrations ready after our new dyno results and dyno testing
    2. The Flash kit is identical to the handheld in terms of the tune, just a different method of applying it. (computer vs handheld device).

    3. I0Tech is a completely separate product, aimed at bringing an option for people who want to tune their own trucks, and has nothing to do with "OVTune."

It's been a long and slow road I completely understand, not at all offended in any way. We are doing our best to get more, updated results for the N/A as quickly as we can and more information about future development. Juggling the 4.0 and the 3.5L (which is an ever evolving attention seeker) is a difficult task.
