Anyone here pull something semi regularly? Did this help?

A lot of half ton trucks have a tow/haul mode that basically keeps the transmission in a certain gear longer and doesn’t let it downshift all the time on the highway. Does this tune push the Tacoma in that direction?

    As soon as I return.

We are also looking for someone N/A or TRD interested in working with us directly for testing/logging/feedback on some new features we are working on. (Flash kit required, sorry not handheds).
    To include :
Speed Density Manifold pressure based tune
    Alpha-N TPS fuel model
and quite a few other things.

He could program the shift points. Imagine if he could program torque converter lockup in 3rd gear! That would be amazing.

Nice, I’m looking to do the same to my MT eventually. I was looking to do 4.10’s to get the stock feeling back from the bigger tires.

Oh I do not doubt it at all! Lol but I dont want to regear until I know what tire size I'll be rocking for a the life kd the truck. My goal is to be at a 38 within the next year or two (depending on that marlin crawler long travel kit release and its cost and what live has to throw my way)

What are you waiting on right now? Developing new features takes months of sorting through code, writing custom code, testing it, and releasing it.

We plan according to demand. Demand is, and has always been very low on the 4.0. Not that we are not doing anything, but I don't think there is anything we could develop that would attract anyone..
