I would recommend not trying to engage with the 3.5L guys. I saw your posts and also updated you via zendesk. There is no sense it arguing, the 3.5L guys and 4.0L guys will always have some beef.. (why, I don't know. They are both great trucks).
Also as mentioned to you via zendesk, generally we get back to people MUCH faster than right now. Like I said the series of all events has caused a back up for us. Even with the 3.5L..

We have already taken all steps to get things caught up. I was more than a week behind due to the birth of my son and several hospital trips, but I don't really like making that info public. All of our current items out of stock to catch up on pending tickets. As mentioned

July hit is way harder than expected with 4th of july sale, and I was gone for more than a week back and forth for the birth of my son.

Also the big 3.5L thread has a LOT of trolling in it. Do not take it at face value some people just like to poke.

This is correct. Matt has contacted me and professionally addressed my concerns. I have tried to delete my posts, but unfortunately the responses to the posts keep them up. My mouth is now shut. I'm going to apologize for angering anyone with what are, to me, legitimate concerns. Good luck with all the tunes, 3.5 and 4.0! Had I known there was a "beef" between the two, I would have chosen not to post. Take care all!!!

I waited 14+ months for my tune to work. After all that, I’ve had it for 4 months and I love it. Probably my favorite mod. It just makes the truck so much better to drive for the price. Things move slow (small operation), but you’ll be taken care of.

I'm looking to sell my handheld supercharger version to na member. Will you be able to support them on the 4.0.

    Ok.
Make sure that you flash back to stock first, and then load the handheld software and select "erase"

Do you mean I need to flashback to the TRD tune then erase it?

You need to flash the "original file" on the handheld. It's an option on the different tunes list.

Would this handheld work on a 2008 N/A 4.0? Does it have the 91 tune already on it? I'll need to look up my ECU p/n to see if its compatible correct?

I believe you would have to send your ECU file to ovtune. I have to get the handheld back to stock then you would have to get the handheld and plug it into your truck and get the calibration file then you send it to him. @OVTune

The handheld will work, you would need extract your stock calibration via the handheld and email it to Matt to get the correct 91 tune for your calibration ID. If you have a Bluetooth obd2 reader and the torque app, it will tell you your ECU calibration ID. I'd assume most other hand held obd2 code readers should be able to provide you with the ID also. Not 100% sure but I know I can see mine with the torque app using the elm327 bt obd2. There's also a list floating around of Cal ID's that were flashed by year and options like auto or manual or 2wd and 4wd and supercharger or no supercharger. There's over 30 different IDs from 2005-2015.

But I wouldn't take my word as gospel, you'll probably want a reply from Matt himself to be 100% sure.

Did you end up getting one? I’m running. 13 2nd Gen 4.0 Supercharged and I’m hesitant here because I’ve not read a whole lot of success stories yet.

We have all supercharged ECUs supported. It's only some N/As that are the issue

Cool, can I ask if the way you set it up .......can it work with both a 2.825 and a 2.7 pulley?
